With Reference to your application and subsequent interview you had with us, we are pleased to appoint you w.e.f 01-08-2015. Your services with the Company will be governed by the Company’s service Rules in force from time to time. Some of the principal terms and conditions of the service rules in force at present as follows:
1. BASIC SERVICE RULES
a.   Your appointment is being made on the basis of particulars declared by you in the personal  information form and in case any information as given by you is found to be false or incorrect, you appointment will be deemed to be void ab initio and liable for termination without any notice or salary in lieu of notice.
b.  During the period of your employment with the Company, you shall not engage in any other profession of business, nor shall you seek employment outside except with prior permission of the Management. You will always Endeavour your best to promote the Company’s interests.
c.  You will at all times maintain complete secrecy about the Company’s business affairs, inventions, special manufacturing techniques, secret processes and the like which may have come to your knowledge during the period of your employment. During your employment, you will not, without the written authority of the Company, publish any written articles or deliver any talk on any subject related to our professions and / or work at Company or participate as a member of any organization connected with your profession.
d.  Your will be responsible for the safe keeping and return in good condition and order of all the properties of the Company which may be in your use, custody, care or charge. For the loss of any property of the Management in your possession, the Management will have the right to assess on its own basis and recover the damages of all such Material from you.
e.  You will be entitled to paid holidays during a calendar year as decided by the Company. Any additional holidays, which may be declared in excess of those holidays, shall not constitute a condition of service.
2. PROBATION/CONFIRMATION
You shall be initially on probation for a period of six months, which may be extended or reduced at the sole discretion of the Management. During the period of probation, the employment is terminable by the Company without any notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever
During the Period of probation, if you wish to terminate this contract, you have to give two weeks’ notice or payment of salary in lieu thereof.
On completion of your probation period, you shall be deemed to have been confirmed automatically, unless you receive intimation otherwise in writing, from the Company. After confirmation, you have to give 1 month’s notice or payment of salary in lieu thereof, if you wish to terminate your employment Company shall give 1 months notice to the employee in case in wishes to terminate the employment of any employee after completion of probation period.
3. PLACE OF POSTING & TRANSFER
The Company shall have the right to allot any duties to you for whom you may be considered and competent at the sole discretion of the Company. The Company shall have the right to transfer you to any branch or department or establishment where the business of the Company may need your services. You may be posted / transferred to any of the offices/projects/divisions/departments/units of the Company existing, or to be set up at any other location in India or abroad, without any additional remuneration.

The above are only the principal terms and conditions of the service rules. Other general terms and conditions for the employment are detailed in the ‘Agreement of Services’ which forms and integral part of your service rules. Your acceptance to join our Company, confirms having read and accepted all the terms and conditions detailed in this letter and in the “Agreement of Services’.
